Thank you for choosing RealEZtech for your training needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality, personalized coaching experiences tailored to your specific requirements. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  1. Refunds: Refunds are available for any unused sessions. We do not offer refunds for completed training sessions or courses.
  2. Unused Sessions: In the event that you are unable to complete your training sessions for any reason, we offer the option to apply the value of the unused sessions towards training of similar value within RealEZtech.
  3. Request for Session Transfer: If you wish to transfer the value of your unused sessions to another training program or course of similar value, please contact Tricia via email. We will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable alternative.
  4. Expiration Date: Please note that unused sessions must be applied to another training program within 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
  5. Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Please reach out to discuss your situation.
