With over 35 years in tech (yep, back when 5.25” floppy disks were cutting-edge and the only cloud was in the sky), Tricia brings a rare combo of deep technical knowledge, real-world practicality, and infectious positivity to everything she does.
Starting her career as a software engineer, Tricia worked across every phase of the software lifecycle before finding her true calling: empowering people through technology. From troubleshooting system crashes in Africa to training teams in South America, she’s been on the ground, helping people understand tech in a way that actually makes sense.
Her approach is simple: lead with empathy, explain without the jargon, and never lose your sense of humor. As a two-time cancer survivor, Tricia’s got perspective, and heart. She knows that life is too short to be afraid of technology (or anything else), and her training reflects that.
A proud alumna of Trinity College Dublin and a standout in the Compass ecosystem, Tricia has spent the past years coaching real estate agents with her signature mix of tech savvy and down-to-earth style. She’s known for spotting inefficiencies fast, customizing smart systems, and helping agents feel genuinely confident in their workflows.
When the demand for private coaching skyrocketed, RealEZtech was born, and Tricia became its proud (and slightly geeky) CEO. Her mission? To make technology feel easy, accessible, and even kind of fun. Whether through her structured programs or fully custom training, Tricia ensures every client walks away empowered and ready to take on what’s next.
