With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Tricia's journey began as a software programmer, taking her across Africa, South America, and Europe as an IT consultant for leading tech companies. A Trinity College, Dublin alumna, she adeptly transitioned these skills into the real estate technology landscape, emerging as a prominent figure in Compass.
