By the end you'll know exactly how to get Claude to do what you need, the first time you ask.

You'll get comfortable with Claude Web and Chrome for daily tasks, use Cowork to hand off the repetitive stuff, and dig into Claude Design. We build your own skills, shortcuts, and projects, so Claude remembers your preferences and runs your workflows for you.

Setup, Customization, and Connecting Your Apps

A configured Claude account that already knows your name, your market, and your voice and idea clients. Gmail, Drive, and Canva connected and ready to use.

Getting started With Projects & Skills

A working Project for your most common task (listings, client emails, or social content) and your first set of saved Skills you can trigger with a slash command.

Cowork & Chrome

Claude running multi-step workflows from your desktop, plus the Chrome extension set up so Claude can work inside any tab Gmail, Zillow, and your MLS tabs.

Claude Design and the Prompt Library

A branded Design System so every flyer, CMA, and one-sheet looks like you, plus a personal library of ready-to-use prompts for listings, client follow-ups, and market updates.
