Listing Management: Coordinate with listing clients, create Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), write property remarks, liaise with client to identify and select mls photos, and design materials like one-sheets and Perma flyers, reverting to client for approval.


Organization Optimization: Streamline your digital workspace for easy access and seamless file management. Ensuring all documents are filed in an easy to find and predictable manner.


Social Media & Marketing: Post updates for Just Listed, In Contract, and Sold properties, and create engaging property videos from listing photos.


Buyer Assistance: Create personalized property searches, collections, and tour sheets tailored to each buyer's specific needs. I work closely with buyers to refine their search criteria, ensuring we stay aligned with their preferences, arrange timely tours, and maintain clear communication about the latest available listings. Additionally, I provide custom videos for each client, walking them through the Compass platform, showing how it works, and empowering them to use it effectively in their search for the perfect property.


MLS Input: Handle MLS inputs, document signatures, and supplemental uploads to ensure everything is up to date.


Title Ordering & Review: Manage the title process and address any questions that arise.
